3. Orders & Payments

Orders are confirmed only after successful payment. We accept major payment methods available at checkout including UPI, credit/debit cards, and net banking. In case of payment failure, your order will not be processed.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within 2-5 business days. Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location within India. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, or other circumstances beyond our control.

5. Returns & Refunds

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund as applicable. Items must be unused and in original packaging for returns to be accepted.

6. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. Once dispatched, cancellations will not be accepted. Please contact us immediately at support@deziredrop.shop if you wish to cancel.
